Genome instability is the hallmark of cancer. We are exploring the molecular mechanism regulating genome stability in cancer cells, and utilize this information to identify new drugs and establish new approaches for cancer treatment. Specifically, our research is focused on ovarian, breast and pancreatic cancers.
Research
Our lab is interested in following research areas: DNA replication, DNA damage checkpoint and repair, anti-cancer drug resistance, and identification of small molecules for cancer therapy.
