The Zhu Lab

The Zhu laboratory is a member of the GWU Cancer Center within the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C.

Genome instability is the hallmark of cancer. We are exploring the molecular mechanism regulating genome stability in cancer cells, and utilize this information to identify new drugs and establish new approaches for cancer treatment. Specifically, our research is focused on  ovarian, breast and pancreatic cancers.
